A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Legal Receptionist to join them on a permanent basis working on a week-on/week off basis working the hours 10:30am to 7pm.  In this role you will be working with one other receptionist on the desk, who works the earlier shift, acting as an ambassador of the firm, providing a professional and timely service to clients, visitors and employees.  Responsibilities include  managing the meeting/conference rooms and offering a 5-star service to internal and external clients, meeting and greeting visitors, taking all phone calls, organising the catering of events and conferences, booking taxis as required, checking invoices and payment forms and preparing the relevant documentation, Switchboard and detailed meeting room booking management, sometimes assisting with invoices, ordering and supplying refreshments and catering for meetings, paying close attention to detail and noting special dietary requirements, stock taking of kitchens and First Aid supplies across the Firm, researching new suppliers as and when needed.  Candidates must have previous front of house experience within a professional service organisation, preferably a law firm, strong organisation and communication skills, smart/corporate presentation and the ability to work effectively within a team and also independently.   This role is paying £32,000 pro-rata, meaning take-home salary will be £16,000.
