Law Costs Draftsperson/Lawyer

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Law Costs Draftsperson on behalf of our client, a regional firm of Solicitors. This role will be based initially within their Chesterfield office with the option to transfer to Sheffield if needed.

Your duties will include;

-    Advising and assisting in all aspects of the recovery of costs 
-    Drafting bills and costs for claimant files including replies and precedent H’s 
-    Assisting with the cost aspects of case planning 
-    Maintaining and updating client files 

For this role it is essential you have experience gained in a similar position with at least 6 months experience and the ability to draft costs.
