Corporate Paralegal - Liverpool city centre, upwards of 18k depending on experience

Your new role
Working alongside other specialist Paralegals you will be heavily involved in working with the Corporate teams in both the Liverpool and London office. Working closely with Partners, Associates, PSLs and Trainees on a daily basis, Paralegals form a core part of the firm's structure and will gain fantastic experience and have exposure to high quality work. The Corporate role will see candidates supporting with a variety of work including verification, basic corporate support, due diligence and drafting.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity we are looking to speak with experienced corporate / commercial Paralegals with strong academic. You will need to have at least a 2:1 in the LLB or GDL. LPC qualification is preferable but not essential. You will have a minimum of 6-12 months in a corporate / commercial Paralegal role, strong commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail.
