We have been briefed by the Dubai office of this major international firm, with whom we have a very close relationship globally. The Intellectual Property team is seeking a junior lawyer with up to 2 years’ post qualification experience to join their expanding team to focus on trademarks. 

This firm has a strong reputation in all aspects of IP and as part of this busy team the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a range of clients on the management of local, regional and global trade mark portfolios for local and international rights holders, advising on trade mark availability and registrability, handling trade mark opposition work, providing advice on designs and managing deadlines.   

You must have strong academics, and training and experience gained from a firm with an established presence in the IP sector, or from an in-house IP position, good drafting skills and a pro-active and commercial approach.
