Leading firm in Dorset is seeking a talented Corporate and Company Commercial Paralegal to join on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-expanding, modern law firm in Christchurch. The successful candidate will assist the corporate and company commercial team generally. The role has the potential of providing a further trainee solicitor programme.
Responsibilities
• Contracting activities with customers and suppliers
• Assisting the team with a range of corporate affairs
• Customer contracting
• Business partner contracting
• Corporate legal support
The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from paralegals with a minimum of one year’s experience in corporate and company commercial matters
• Being able to motivate oneself to meet/exceed targets is essential
• Ideally, you will have a flair for business development and marketing
• The ability to think laterally and approach issues creatively and collaboratively is necessary
