Are you a Family Paralegal looking for your next role in Darlington? We have been instructed on a fantastic new role at a Legal 500 firm who have offices across the North East and are now recruiting into their established Family & Matrimonial team.


The Role
The Darlington Family team is made up of solicitors, fee earners and paralegals.
The role that you could be taking on would be to support one of the Fee Earners with their busy caseload of largely Legal Aid work.
Alongside the Legal Aid work, you'd also be covering Care Proceedings and attending court with the more senior members in the team.


The Person
It is essential that you would have previously worked in another family department and previously have assisted on Legal Aid matters and covered childcare matters.
You must be a confident communicator to be able to be the first point of contacts for clients.
Ideally you will have previous experience of drafting court documents and a clear passion for family matters. Â
