Childcare Solicitor

My client is a well-established and respected legal practice specialising in Family Law. This firm's primary philosophy has always been to listen to, and support the client. This transparent and flexible approach is the catalyst for their success as they continue to grow and develop.

This firm has a strong presence in the market, and through sustained growth they are seeking a Child Care Solicitor to build upon a caseload of care matters with a strong emphasis on:

• Providing high quality legal advice relating to children's services
• Managing complex projects and assessing known risks, and being able to adapt to situations.
• Taking control of, and dealing with a substantial legal caseload
• Attending and advising at committee meetings
• Advocacy
• Carry a caseload of matters in proceeding & pre-proceedings
• Prepare briefs to counsel for more complex hearings

Applicants should have a minimum of four years PQE, and Children's Panel Membership with good connections to guardians.
