RTA Litigation Executive.
We have a brand new opening for an experienced RTA Litigation Executive (or similar) to join an expanding specialist Personal Injury firm at an exciting time in their development.
The firm is based in Ellesmere Port and continues to expand. Now, in line with their structured growth, they require a RTA Litigation Executive (with first rate litigated RTA experience) to further augment their strong team. The department handles the full remit of Personal Injury matters and your focus will be solely on litigated RTA cases and claims of greater complexity.
You will have responsibility for each claim from point of issue through to settlement or trial (as necessary) and will also assist in supervising and mentoring your junior team members. A demonstrable track record in achieving targets is expected, as is for you to be IT proficient and familiar with case management systems.
