Kennedys is looking for an Associate to join our Liability team in Birmingham working on Catastrophic Injury cases with Partners James Shrimpton and Philippa Craven. This is a great opportunity to work on a high quality caseload for a variety of clients on employers’, public and product liability claims involving complex liability issues, contractual issues and multiple defendants across the leisure, manufacturing, construction, healthcare and energy sectors.  

Type of Clients:

We act for a mix of insurers, corporate self-insured’s, liability adjusters and brokers.

Type of Cases:

• Employers’ and Public liability
• Product liability
• General liability

Experience ~Required for the Solicitor vacancy:

• Five years'+ Litigation experience*
• Qualified to degree level
• Running and managing a caseload
• Large loss cases
• Previous experience on working on catastrophic injury cases.
