We are currently working with globally-expanding technology company in their search for a Senior Paralegal to work alongside their Sole Counsel, in a newly created role based in Berkshire.
Whilst working alongside the Sole Counsel, you will assist in the management of the legal function and work with different stakeholders across the business.
The role will entail drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, organise varying projects managed by the legal team and record minutes in meetings between internal and external stakeholders.
They are looking for someone who has a strong academic background (ideally with LPC) with at least 3 years Paralegal experience. You must have a proactive approach and be accustomed to working in a small legal team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Paralegal to join a newly created role which offers progression, autonomy and breadth.
