My client is an award winning and legal 500 ranked Law Practice, they have an established history dating back to the late 1800's. They have a national reputation for providing firm class results for their clients. Due to growth within a specific area of law they are seeking a Legal Executive / Lawyer to join their Regulatory team.

The role

You will be assisting the partners on existing caseloads as well as managing a personal caseload of your own. Caseload will consist of but not limited to;

• Health and Safety
• Environment
  • Due diligence
  • Commercial Contracts
  • Risk Management
  • Prosecutions, investigations and enforcements
  • Environmental compliance - waste management, water discharges
• Food Safety
  • Food labelling & Packaging
  • Food Hygiene
  • Food Supply Chain Security
  • Prosecutions, investigations and enforcements

The Candidate

As an experienced Legal Executive, you will have dealt with cases of a regulatory manner, you will have experience of Criminal Court Procedures and ideally an interest in agricultural law. You will be organised and have excellent attention to detail as well as having excellent communication skills both oral and written.
