We are instructed directly by a premier offshore law firm to assist them in attracting high calibre funds lawyers to their Hong Kong, Cayman and British Virgin Islands offices. Opportunities are available from 3PQE through to Counsel level and offer applicants high calibre work, superb financial packages and ongoing career progression. Established Partners are also of interest to the firm, which offers a very visible and supportive platform from which to build and service a successful practice in the offshore funds space. 

The work undertaken spans Hedge and Private Equity Funds, EU Regulated Funds, Investment Platforms and Restructurings & Workouts and sees the firm acting for fund managers, administrators, investment banks, private equity groups, insurance groups, pension funds, boutique investment management companies, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, prime brokers, audit firm structuring teams as well as other financial institutions and elite/specialist onshore law firms, with which are client has close relationships. 

To be considered, all candidates will have a strong academic pedigree and have ideally gained their experience to date with a top tier international law / offshore law firm, where you will have developed considerable funds experience. Technically strong, with the ability to take on responsibility and communicate effectively within what is a supportive team environment, the firm requires all its lawyers to take an active involvement in business development, forming close working relationships with clients and onshore counsel.
