Solicitor - NQ - 2 Years - Regulation and Markets

Salary - Dependant on Experience

My Client is a Scottish-headquartered UK law firm, they have offices throughout Scotland and as London, regarded by many as the go-to firm for specialist advice in real estate. They have a rare and exciting opportunity to join the companies Regulation and Markets Group.

The Role:

To assist and conduct a caseload of Regulation and market file consisting of UK and EU competition Law and state aid issues.

You will advise on contentious matters across a wide range of industry sectors, such as Utilities, Media, Sport and Financial services. The group also provides expert advice on UK and Eu sectoral regulatory regimes for key network industries such as water and power, telecoms and payment services

The Candidate:

You will be either newly qualified or be up to 2 years PQE. You will have excellent attention to detail and excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Business development is an essential part of the role so you will have strong networking skills and will enjoy a high degree of client engagement
