Are you an experienced Conveyancer with New Build property experience?
 
A well respected Chester based law firm is looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to its growing team.
 
The Firm:
 
• Reputable Chester based law firm servicing both local and national clients 
• Offer a personal and flexible service to suit your needs
 
The Role:
 
• Manage a caseload of Residential Property sale and purchase and New Build transactions from instruction to completion
• Offering exceptional service to all clients and introducers
• Responsible for communicating clearly with clients and third parties throughout the conveyancing process
 
The Candidate:
 
• Highly experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Experience managing a volume caseload of sales and purchase transactions without supervision
• New Build experience desirable
