RTA Paralegal

I am currently working with a well-established law firm based in Cheadle who are looking to recruit due to expansion within the team for three experienced RTA Paralegals.

The successful RTA Paralegal will be handling their own caseload of approximately 250 MOJ Portal and Non-Portal cases which will include credit hire. To complete the day to day running of the cases and hold discussions and negotiations with third party insurers and solicitors, and you will be actively encouraged to speak with clients via the telephone in order to progress each file efficiently. You will be assessing quantum and liability as well as making settlement offers.

The ideal RTA Paralegal will have a minimum of 12 months experience within this sector with exceptional verbal and communication skills. Also having knowledge of Proclaim and RTA Portal Stages 1-3 and/or knowledge of the Personal Injury Pre-Action Protocol is advantageous.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 with a salary of £16,000 to £20,000 depending on experience.
