A great opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and committed Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join an award-winning, cutting-edge firm in its East Yorkshire office.
Our client has been rapidly expanding and as such has experienced an influx of Commercial Litigation work. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for top-quality work within a unique and innovative firm.
The firm boasts an impressive client base, ranging from OMBs to PLCs and some claims are extremely complex, and require solicitors to be appointed in other jurisdictions. Some of the cases are also high-profile and receive media attention.
In this role, you will be working autonomously and as part of the wider team, handling a variety of commercial litigation matters including shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract, professional negligence, fraud, data protection matters, intellectual property matters and more. Our client is also looking for someone who can engage in business development and networking activities to assist in the growth of the business.
There are genuine career progression opportunities for someone who is dedicated and hardworking and has excellent communication and organisational skills. You should be able to show initiative in a very fast paced environment.
The successful candidate should be at least 6 years' PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider applications from candidates with a broad background of commercial litigation and may fall outside of this bracket.
