The opportunity
A respected and established firm are currently looking for a mid to senior level Solicitor to join the Commercial Property team at their Dorchester office. This is a full-time, permanent role with some fantastic benefits.
Responsibilities of your new role
As Commercial Property Solicitor you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with two Partners
- Managing a caseload of Commercial Property files from instruction through to completion and post-completion
- Business development and marketing
Candidate requirements
The firm are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who demonstrates:
- 5+ years PQE
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Property and Land Law
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
- The ability to use business development skills to market the practice further
