Employment Solicitor

Are you a hard-working and ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive and be keen to work in a collaborative team environment?

CRA Legal are looking to recruit an Associate lawyer on behalf of our client based in Bristol.

The role will involve:

* Working on a wide variety of litigation matters both in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeals Tribunal acting for both employees and employers;
* exposure to a range of complex legal issues including discrimination, equal pay, TUPE, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and other contractual claims;
* responsibility for all claim stages, from inception to conclusion, including drafting of pleadings, witness statements, direct client contact, advocacy, and negotiation;
* advising commercial clients on non-contentious matters including drafting of staff handbooks, contracts of employments and advising on internal matters such as grievances and disciplinaries; and a genuine and real ability to develop your role, expertise and career within the Employment team.

The Perfect Candidate:

* You will be able to demonstrate outstanding client care skills and will be articulate and confident in your dealings with others; and
* have a comprehensive working knowledge of employment law with at least a years' experience dealing with employment cases; and
* you will have experience of case management and financial management and understand the drivers behind a profitable and successful business.
