Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a fantastic Practice with a view to building a team around them in the future. This full-time, permanent Personal Injury role pays up to £50,000 per year.

Responsibilities of your new role

Your core responsibilities in this Clinical Negligence role will include:

• Overall control for vetting all potential claims
• Overseeing a caseload of high-quality Clinical Negligence work
• In the future, setting up and running a Clinical Negligence department within the firm
• Providing support to more junior team members

Candidate requirements

The firm are looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor who demonstrates:

• 3+ years of PQE
• The ability to manage their own caseload
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A strong team player, with good communication skills, an excellent delegator and supervisor who actively develops junior team members

Salary

The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be rewarded with an experience dependent annual salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus a generous but achievable bonus.
