Senior Democratic Services Officer

Sellick Partnership are pleased to be recruiting for a Senior Democratic Services Officer to join a friendly, well-respected local authority based in Nottinghamshire.

The successful candidate for the Senior Democratic Services Officer role will be required to undertake the following duties:

• Advising on all aspects of democratic services
• Advice to committee and elected members
• Dealing with complex governance matters
• Knowledge and understanding of the councils constitution (training will be required)

Candidates with management experience would be desirable.

Our client is seeking a candidate to start immediately for an initial 3 month period, with the strong potential to be extended.
