Asset Finance Lawyer

The Role:

This role is to work within the general asset finance team, with a particular focus on general finance leasing and operating leases as well as asset-backed lending, receivables financing both from lease and service contracts and debt deals with security over key assets often with a cross border aspect.

The firm will want to invest in your career and help you to become a recognised expert in your own right. You will have plenty of one-to-one development and encouragement from the wider team.

Responsibilities:

• Strong academic background with minimum 2:1 degree.
• Mid level Asset Finance lawyer with 3-5 years PQE.
• General asset finance or banking experience with "big ticket" exposure would be ideal.
• Background in a firm with an excellent reputation in the field of finance and ideally asset finance
• Experience acting for top tier clients at an established law firm.
