Corporate Real Estate Lawyer, Cayman

Our client is a large offshore law firm with a vast network of clients, and a global span and reputation. Offering exceptionally high level work, the top ranked corporate team is now looking for an experienced lawyer to deal with all aspects for corporate law and manage a high-end client base.

Taking a leading role where appropriate, the successful candidate will manage hefty corporate real estate transactions including, joint ventures, finance, acquisitions and disposals, development and leasing matters. Candidates will need to have excellent drafting skills and good general corporate and commercial knowledge.

Applications are invited from solicitors with at least 4 years PQE of strong private practice experience. This role is open to lawyers who are qualified in the UK, Australia or New Zealand, or other common law jurisdiction.
