Senior Employment Associate Solicitor.
Our client is a top Chambers rated firm based in Thames Valley with offices in Oxford and Reading. They are currently seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join their expanding Employment team.
The work they are offering will involve dealing with a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious issues, acting for some claimant but mostly respondent clients across a variety of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, recruitment, publishing, media, IT, hotels and leisure, manufacturing, retail, and professional services.
The role will also involve giving day to day advice on disciplinary and grievances, managing sickness absence, TUPE transfers, Corporate support, and conducting redundancy programmes.
Ideal candidates will have previously worked at a known Employment practice, and also hold excellent academic qualifications.
