Senior Employment Solicitor.
Our client is a top Chambers ranked law firm with offices in London and the South East region. They are currently seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years' PQE to join the Head of Department in their expanding Employment team based in Oxford.
They are offering work which will involve dealing with a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious issues acting for some claimant but mostly respondent clients across a variety of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, recruitment, publishing, media, IT, hotels and leisure, manufacturing, retail, and professional services.
It will also involve giving day to day advice on disciplinary and grievances, managing sickness absence, TUPE transfers, Corporate support, and conducting redundancy programmes.
Ideal candidates will have previously worked at a known Employment practice and hold excellent academic qualifications.
