Residential Conveyancer

My client is a specialist national conveyancing firm with offices throughout the UK. They offer a quality and competitive package to their clients and their successful business model has experienced substantial year on year growth. They are looking to recruit a number of Residential Conveyancer's based inhouse to handle a busy caseload of conveyancing matters.

Due to ongoing success, they are looking to expand their offering in Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Worcester and are looking for a number of qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers and conveyancers to join their successful team. You must be familiar with all areas of the conveyancing process and have an methodical approach to working.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will be expected to manage a caseload of circa 70 files which includes Freehold, Leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and Shared Ownership properties.
