Commercial & IP - mid-level

This well-regarded mid-sized law firm is looking to hire a commercial/IP associate for it's busy team.

The Commercial department has had a successful few years, in which it has grown by around 30%. It's continued success, alongside the success of the firm as a whole, has led to the need to hire another associate now.

With a particular strength in brand work (inc trade marks) the firm is seeking to hire a mid-level associate who has a strong background and desire to further develop their career in this area. Although, the department largely operates a loose rotational policy meaning work will also include advising on, negotiating and drafting general commercial and IT contracts too.

The firm has a clear identity and is one of the best mid-sized firms in the market. The firm is known to be a pleasant and enjoyable firm in which to work and has a low turnover of associates, which speaks volumes.

This role would suit someone moving from a larger firm in search of collegiate working environment and sensible hours or someone at a boutique firm looking to join a well-regarded full-service firm, which may be able to offer a better platform for career development.
