Residential Conveyancing Head of Department

We have just been instructed on a fantastic new Residential Conveyancing Head of Department role at a local firm in Arnold, Nottinghamshire. The firm who are recruiting have been established for over three decades, and pride themselves on being a friendly, supportive firm with a fantastic work/life balance.

Joining the firm as Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department, you'd be taking on a caseload of standard residential conveyancing matters with the help of three secretaries. The work is largely from a local client base, so it would be advantageous if you had connections in the local area. Alongside your caseload, you'd also be tasked with sourcing new work to be brought into the department.

The firm are looking for a really experienced Residential Conveyancer, with plenty of knowledge surrounding this area of law. It would of course be desirable if you had a track record in business development. The firm are open in terms of qualification, so if you're a Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or just qualified through experience do still apply.
