Senior Family Solicitor

We are assisting a Liverpool based law firm with the recruitment of an experienced Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive.

If you are a qualified Family Lawyer with upwards of 4 years' experience in some of the following, we would be delighted to hear from you:

Care proceedings;

Private Children cases;

Adoption cases;

Domestic violence;

Injunctions;

Advising on cohabitation matters.

The firm in question would be happy to pay up to £40,000 salary plus a generous bonus based on costs recovery.

Generous holiday entitlement of 25 days (plus bank holidays). In addition, the firm allows an extra 2 days to be taken between Christmas and New Year.

Parking.

You will join a growing team where paralegal support is available in additional to secretarial assistance.

The department consists of 5 fee earners spread across 2 offices. The team deals with a broad and varied family caseload, many of which are privately funded matters, other work involves Legal Aid so a full knowledge of Legal Aid is useful.
