Description
As a Corporate Paralegal you will be required to support the Corporate Partners with a variety of work, to include assisting with due diligence, data rooms, drafting ancillary documents (board minutes etc) and support on core corporate documents (e. SPAs).
Profile
You should have a strong desire to work as a Corporate paralegal.
A can do attitude and experience of working in a law firm are essential.
It is desirable that your experience will have been gained in a business focused area of law such as corporate, commercial, commercial property etc. However, experience gained in other areas of law will be considered.
A solid academic background is highly desirable.
LPC qualification is preferable but not essential.
