This long standing reputable immigration and human rights law firm based in Birmingham is seeking a Level 2 Immigration Caseworker to join their team.
This law firm, crowned small law firm of the year in the Birmingham Law Society Awards in 2018, can offer a Level 2 Immigration Caseworker an opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers in a tight knit, knowledgeable, and friendly team.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be an immigration caseworker with at least one year's experience, and be competent in conducting all tasks permitted under the Law Society Level 2/OISC Level 3 Accreditation. You must have plenty of experience in lodging Asylum and Human Rights claims and Appeals, and you must be able to demonstrate your ability to work under pressure. Additionally, you should also have a good knowledge and understanding of the changes to Immigration and Asylum Law and practice and the Tribunal Procedural Rules.
If you are familiar in working with multi-cultural communities and with vulnerable and destitute clients, this could be the role for you.
