Paralegal

Our client a renowned financial services investments organisation is looking for a Paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the General Counsel and working in a high performing, fast paced and growth environment responsibilities will include:

• Supporting on general commercial matters which includes reviewing engagement letters and service agreements as well as NDAs
•  Helping with FACTA
• Handling investor due diligence
• Drafting and reviewing fund documentation
• IP related matters

To be considered for the role you should ideally:

• Have experience of working in the financial services / insurance sector
• Advised on a broad range of commercial contracts and NDAs
