Senior Conveyancer

A regional practice established over 35 years ago and several offices across the Manchester area is looking for a confident residential conveyancing solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Exec to join the team in their Oldham office.

You'll be based in a team including a highly qualified solicitor and plenty of secretarial and administrative support and will be part of a wider department across multiple offices. The firm has plenty of established sources or conveyancing work and is offering highly competitive salaries as well as excellent long-term prospects. The case load will be very varied and include a wide range of types of residential property files.

The ideal candidate for the role will be a conveyancer with at least two years of experience handling a caseload who is looking for a full-time role that is both closer to home whilst also being part of a larger practice.
