A top tier US law firm is looking for a junior-mid level Financial Regulation Lawyer to join their team in Central London.
The Role
The Financial Regulation Lawyer will join a team which advises major banking organisation and investors on a wide range of regulatory matters on both federal and state banking. Working alongside the Global Head of Funds and other well-rounded Partners, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload of non-contentious financial regulation matters
- Advise a high-profile client base of large regional, foreign and community financial services companies and investors as well as private and registered funds
- Growing your own network of clients whilst developing your knowledge and expertise
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer (1-4 years’ PQE)
- Demonstrable experience at a leading firm recognised for its Financial Regulation practice
- Experience with banking acquisitions, the establishment of novo banks, the Volcker Rule, structuring non-controlling investments and state licensing requirements
- First class client facing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
