Corporate Lawyers - Junior Associate to Partner (Hong Kong)

Global law firm seeks additional corporate finance lawyers for its directory rated team in Hong Kong. Applications are sought from high calibre candidates from junior associate through to Counsel/Partner that hail from a top tier background and are looking to join a platform that can offer superb work, clients and career advancement within a dynamic working environment. 

Ideally HK/Common law qualified, applicants will be a fluent English/Mandarin Chinese speaker and possess a strong academic pedigree. It is also envisaged that the successful candidates will have gained their experience to date with a top tier international firm (Magic/Silver Circle or equivalent US practice) and be committed to remaining in Hong Kong for the long-term. The range of work completed spans corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and complex finance transactions, so would suit those that are looking for scope and variety in their practice. 

Technically strong (Chinese drafting skills a distinct advantage) and comfortable working closely with what is often a demanding client base, you will look to take immediate responsibility for transactions and business development. A superb  financial package is on offer while career progression is genuinely achievable to those with ambition. Existing Partners/Counsel will be expected to evidence strong client relationships and business case.
