Banking & Finance Associates (3-6 PQE) - Cayman Islands

We are mandated by a Tier 1 offshore law firm that urgently seeks ambitious finance lawyers with between 3-7 PQE to join their busy Cayman banking & finance practice, advising financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity funds, multinational corporations, issuers and institutional investors on complex finance and corporate transactions.

The work covered by the team includes bilateral and syndicated lending, acquisition financings, projects and investment fund financings, derivatives, corporate financings, margin lending, repackaging and other structured transactions. They also advise on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, preference share issues, corporate restructurings and investment fund downstream activities.

To be considered it is expected that you will be coming from a top tier international law firm background (Magic/Silver Circle or equivalent) and your experience should ideally encompass a broad mix of banking & finance related work, ideally with some exposure to fund financing.
