Leveraged Finance (2-7 PQE) – Elite International Firm, Hong Kong

Exceptional opportunity exists for ambitious finance lawyers that possess strong leveraged finance experience to join a top-flight international law firm in Hong Kong.  

Working closely for one of markets leading finance partners and other senior lawyers in HK and across Asia, the successful applicants will have exposure to a broad range of complex cross-border financing transactions, acting for banks, corporates and sponsors on banking deals across the credit spectrum, ranging from investment-grade corporate facilities to more highly leveraged, event-driven financings and leveraged buy-outs.

To be considered you will have a superb academic pedigree and have trained and qualified with a leading international law firm. Ideally with between 2-7yrs post qualified experience, you will keen to build a long-term career in Hong Kong with a firm that can offer interesting, varied work, on-going training and development and immediate transactional responsibility.  

Financially the package is extremely attractive while there are no Chinese language requirements. Full relocation assistance is available for overseas applicants.
