Real Estate Associate/Commercial Property

Our client, a well-known London City Law firm have recently opened a new office in Liverpool and are looking for Real Estate associates to join established and growing team.

The firm are looking to an associate (2-4PQE) to join the group and have the opportunity to undertake a wide range of real estate matters. You will be working directly with one or two partners and also be given the opportunity to work with a few more partners within the group. Due to the early stages of the office, the firm are looking for associates who want fast progression. The firm want to hire associates and develop them into partners rather than make senior appointments.

Skills and Experience

• Strong academic background
• Admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales
• Training and practising experience with a well-regarded commercial real estate practice
• Good broad knowledge of real estate matters and market
• Active involvement in business development   and experience of developing and maintaining client relationships
• Personable and outgoing
• Ability to understand a client’s business and deliver commercially focussed advice
• Ability to work both independently and in conjunction with partners
• Experience of supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees
• Circa 2-4 years’ pqe.
