The firm who have been established for 20 years are certainly market leaders and are renowned for handling an exceptional quality of work. This is an exciting and rare to come by opportunity that will see you responsible for leading your team of Conveyancing professionals to success.
 
As Conveyancing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direction and support to your Conveyancing team
• Using a variety of exceptions reports to ensure SLAs are being met
• Coaching and developing the Conveyancers/Assistants in your team
• Maintaining and develop positive working relationships

As Conveyancing Manager, you will be able to:

• Completing Residential Conveyancing work from inception to completion
• Meet deadlines and organise your workload
• Demonstrate your knowledge of freehold and leasehold matters
• Show commercial awareness
