The Role

This firm are looking for a Family Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join their flourishing and ever-growing team based in Folkestone, Kent offices.

The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect. Their experience of local services such as mediation, coupled with a sound knowledge of the law, means that they are leaders in their field. You will be undertaking caseloads of predominately, a privately funded nature.

You will gain great experience dealing with any number of the following: divorce, child protection, forced marriages, adoption, residence orders, surrogacy, separation, financial advice, civil partnerships, etc. You will need to be a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal qualities who thrives from not only providing a well-rounded service, but can work in a sympathetic way when required.

Requirements:

• You will Ideally have 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE and less may be considered).
• You will have a great eye for detail.
• Be ambitious, dynamic and self-motivated.
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate.
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
