This Newcastle based role is perfect if you have a great knowledge of conveyancing developed through previous work as a paralegal or assistant capacity and now looking to take the next step. It is desirable if you have worked on your own caseload of conveyancing files before.
This position has become vacant due to the recent win of a new key client, ensuring that the residential property team will be kept extremely busy. You will be joining an award-winning firm during this period of organic growth. You can also expect a highly competitive salary and work/life balance initiatives. What's more is that you will receive thorough training and support from an established, experienced residential conveyancing team.
In this role, you can expect to be dealing with a variety of cases such as Purchases, Sales, Freehold and Leasehold Properties, Buy to Let, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, Surveys and Searches and Transfer of Equity. You must have had some exposure working on any of the areas listed above to be considered for this role.
