Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Fee Earner - Chester

The Opportunity:

·Regional multi disciplinary firm with offices in Chester is looking to appoint a Conveyancer to join its residential property team
·Highly accredited to include CQS
·The firm has established excellent relationships with regional and national agents and referrers and handle a range of conveyancing transactions

The Role:

·Working within a busy team of conveyancers, you will handle a mixed residential caseload with assistance
·Caseload will include sales, purchases, new build Conveyancing, shared ownerships, transfer of ownerships and help to buy schemes

Requirements:

·You must be an experienced conveyancer with at least 2 years' experience handling a wide variety of residential conveyancing matters
·You must have a passion for providing excellent customer service with strong communication skills
