Senior Paralegal (Corporate) – Abu Dhabi

An international law firm is looking for a Senior Paralegal to join their Abu Dhabi office. This role comes with a great salary and benefit package.

My client is a world-renowned law firm with offices in the UK, Far East and Middle East. The firm has a solid headcount of over 800 employees and is continuing to grow. The opportunity to join this firm has presented itself as they are looking to hire a Senior Paralegal to join the corporate practice at the Abu Dhabi office.

The role will consist of many duties such as advising on company liquidation; employment law, incorporation of entities, drafting memorandums, liaising with the notary public and many other similar duties. You will also assist the Real Estate and Private Client departments by liaising with clients, assisting complex due diligence exercises and be involved in marketing.

You must be fully fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) and you will be experienced in carrying out the duties mentioned above. You will have an excellent academic background and be able to hit the ground running.
