An opportunity for a senior Corporate Solicitor has surfaced at an impressive Transatlantic law firm in Dubai. The team uses its highly collaborative approach and deep industry insight to deliver the highest quality service, driving progress for the clients’ businesses.

The Role

The successful solicitor will join a collaborative team, gaining exposure to multiple jurisdictions and working closely with a range of industry sectors. You can expect to be working with:

• Industry leading companies
• Private equity funds
• Boards of directors
• Special committees
• Financial advisers
• Other transaction parties

This is a highly client facing role in which you will be required to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer / Solicitor of England & Wales
• 5-7 years’ PQE gained at a reputable firm
• Background at a Corporate Practice with particular focus on Private Equity
• Experience advising a wide range of clients from buyers, sellers and consortiums to individuals on all aspects of M&A transactions and as well as UK public takeovers
• First rate client care skills
• Able to work well individually and as part of a team

Salary, Contract and Benefits

• Permanent, full time contract
• £120,000 - £150,000 per annum
