Are you a Chartered Legal Executive or CLC qualified individual, or alternatively a non-qualified Conveyancing Fee earner with a strong background within Residential Conveyancing looking for fantastic career progression opportunities? Our client is a well-established law firm with several offices across the area. They were one the first firms in the country to gain CQS Accreditation and are Lexcel Accredited with excellent results on audit. With the company rapidly expanding, there is an opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team in Lincoln.

You will be involved working with a small team, with support from a Customer Support team, within a very busy residential property department with clients nationwide and around the world. The firm also have progression opportunities for candidates who wish to further their career in the international commercial property and property investment department. As part of your duties you will also be supervising more junior members of staff and as such you should be comfortable picking up a busy caseload from the start.

Our client is ideally looking for someone with 3 or more years' experience within Residential Conveyancing, good IT skills, be used to working with a case management system, Microsoft literate and being able to work within a close-knit team.
