Wills, Trusts and Probate Lawyer (Full or part time)

JDI Legal - North East Legal recruitment specialists are currently instructed on behalf of a 5 partner firm based on Wearside who are actively seeking an additional private client solicitor to join a 4 strong team. 

The role is open to a range of experience and both full and part time hours will be considered. The existing caseload would be a range of private client Wills, Probate, LPA's, elderly client  and Trusts work. 

Due to the dynamics of the team it would be a big advantage if the person recruited had a proven track record in handling Trusts work as this is an area the partners would be keen to expand further.

A lovely practice with a solid repeat client base. Secretarial support in place but also case management in place so IT skills are needed.
