A leading regional law firm are looking for a senior Patent Attorney to join their highly-regarded team in Dubai. This law firm is one of the largest in the Middle East, with the ability to practice law in each of the nine jurisdictions where they have a presence.
The Role
The Patent Attorney will join this market-leading firm, working alongside impressive Partners and advising high profile clients such as:
- Industry leading companies
- External trade organisations
- Retail brands
- Telecommunication companies
This role offers a great platform to build a practice and develop your expertise in a supportive environment with exposure to multiple jurisdictions and industry sectors.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales
- 5-7 years’ post-qualification experience at a reputable firm
- Background gained at a firm specialising in IP and Patent matters
- Experience and understanding of Trademark Prosecution, Enforcement & Litigation, R&D and Innovations, Copyright and Costumer Protection
- Client facing experience and the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs
Salary, Contract and Benefits
- £120,000 - £140,000 per annum
- Permanent, full time contract
- Excellent working environment
