Are you a Banking Associate looking to move away from private practice?
A renowned global bank, based In Manchester City Centre have a rare opening for a Banking Associate to join the team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall production of legal documents and for providing legal support and advice to various points of contact across the bank. Along with this, as a banking solicitor you will:
- Provide general banking advice
- Negotiate and draft facility agreements
- Review due diligence
- Transactions
You will be comfortable reviewing trends, best practice and market issues for the bank, along with preserving relationships with external contacts. You will bring a PQE of 4 years + but if you feel you have the relevant experience we urge you to apply.
