Kennedys is on an upwards trajectory and seeking to recruit a Litigation Assistant based in our Sheffield office to assist with defendant personal injury claims. This is a great opportunity to work on a high quality caseload for a variety of clients on defendant personal injury work.
Type of Clients:
- Insurers Claims handling companies Supply chains Fleets, Retail Companies & Self-insured companies
Type of Cases:
- Employers and Public Liability - Defendant
Experience
Essential:
- 1-4 years’ experience of defendant personal injury claims gained within a law firm*, claimant experience will be considered
- Instructing experts and taking witness statements.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the personal injury pre-action protocol
- Defendant Employers and Public Liability litigation work.
