Residential Conveyancer.

My client is a very well known firm with an opportunity in their Nottingham city centre office for an experienced Residential Conveyancer.

You could be a qualified solicitor, legal executive. or licenced conveyancer. or even a very experienced paralegal, and you will be able to manage your own caseload of sales and purchase, leasehold, freehold, re-mortgage and new build files.

The firm have a one of the largest conveyancing teams which is comprised of people at all levels of experience. It is anticipated that you would be able to provide gentle supervision to team members less qualified than yourself, and that you will be familiar with case management systems as well as being commercial in approach, client facing where necessary, and well organised.

The work which comes into the firm is a mixed bag of traditional sales and purchase work and new build work, and there is also panel work coming into the department, so any experience gained in any of these specific areas would be of interest.

A competitive salary and benefits are on offer which will be comparable with the market as a whole, and the chance to work in a large supportive team with a firm which is a member of the conveyancing quality scheme is an added bonus.

It is imperative that you are genuinely passionate about conveyancing. The firm are very client facing, and you should have excellent communication skills. The firm is also a member of the Law Society's conveyancing quality scheme, so there are high internal standards which need to be maintained.

Applications from relocators will be considered, however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Nottingham area.

Shortlisting now for this not to be missed Residential Conveyancing opportunity in Nottingham.
