LITIGATION - LANCASHIRE
A great firm in Burnley are seeking a Litigator to join their Civil Litigation team.
Are you a NQ or experienced fee earner with experience handling mixed litigation matters?
Are you looking for a role in a friendly and professional firm?
The ideal candidate will have a good couple of years' experience behind them and be motivated to join a hard-working department.
The caseload will consist of landlord and tenant disputes, business disputes, right of way/neighbour disputes and so on. Any experience in these areas is advantageous.
There will be no PI cases included in this role as the firm has a separate PI team.
Salary is dependent on experience.
